We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to create. optimize, and elevate our strategy and deliverables for the Company. You will be focusing on Accountability for specific areas and functional responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control)
- Registration of new hires / terminations / employment changes in employment register
- Maintenance of organizational structure
- Absence /attendance registration and handling
- Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries)
- Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone
- Maintaining physical and / or electronical archive
- Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position
- Master's in human resource, finance or a related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in HR data and payroll processing.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software systems (e.g., C4C, payroll software).
