What you'll do at Menstrupedia

As a part of the operations team, you’ll be handling the following responsibilities.

• Track and manage stock of books, stationery, welcome kits, tissues, and other supplies.
• Assist in computer and equipment setup for new employees.
• Prepare and maintain GST reports for purchases and sales, as well as sales and bank statements.
• Oversee bulk packing, guide the team on packaging processes, and track order progress with proper tracking IDs
• Assist the marketing team in addressing customer queries and provide support for documentation and operational processes.
• Collaborate with the teams to ensure seamless operations.
  
  

What we're looking for

Essential

• You are proficient in written and fluent in verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• You are detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
• You are excellent with resource management and getting work done.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google spreadsheet.
  
  

Desirable

• You have any College Degree or Diploma
• You have experience in supporting operational tasks and working in a team environment
  
  

Salary

20,000 to 35,000 per month (based on experience and expertise)
