As a part of the operations team, you’ll be handling the following responsibilities.
- Track and manage stock of books, stationery, welcome kits, tissues, and other supplies.
- Assist in computer and equipment setup for new employees.
- Prepare and maintain GST reports for purchases and sales, as well as sales and bank statements.
- Oversee bulk packing, guide the team on packaging processes, and track order progress with proper tracking IDs
- Assist the marketing team in addressing customer queries and provide support for documentation and operational processes.
- Collaborate with the teams to ensure seamless operations.
Essential
- You are proficient in written and fluent in verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- You are detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- You are excellent with resource management and getting work done.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google spreadsheet.
- You have any College Degree or Diploma
- You have experience in supporting operational tasks and working in a team environment
