Operational Specialist

This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist and learn the following -

• Oversee day-to-day operational processes for both in-house and third-party delivery across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution channels.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring products reach customers on time and in optimal condition, whether using internal fleet or third-party providers.
• Coordinate logistics, optimize delivery routes and schedules, and manage relationships with third-party delivery partners to maintain service quality.
• Monitor order fulfillment, inventory movement, and ensure rigorous compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Track and analyze operational performance (delivery times, order accuracy, customer feedback). Use this to reduce the cost of delivery and damage.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production, sales, and customer service teams for smooth operations from manufacturing to last-mile delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, incidents, and identify and fix operational issues.
• Manage, train, and support logistics/packing staff; coordinate with delivery personnel.
• Resolve delivery and operations issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, compliance requirements, and innovations in delivery technology and logistics.
