As a Card Data Owner at JPMorgan Chase within the Data Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in accelerating product development and driving business growth through data. You will ensure data quality and protection while collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

About The Team
Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. We’re proud to lead the U.S. in credit card sales and deposit growth and have the most-used digital solutions – all while ranking first in customer satisfaction.

As a Card Data Owner at JPMorgan Chase within the Data Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in accelerating product development and driving business growth through data. You will ensure data quality and protection while collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Create plans for product data development and delivery to support strategic business objectives and analytics.
- Provide subject matter expertise on data content and usage within the business.
- Identify and document critical data scope, ensuring proper classification and metadata.
- Support analytics projects by identifying data for integration into analytics platforms.
- Document and coordinate resources for data quality requirements.
- Resolve data issues promptly and influence resources for timely resolution.
- Develop processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks, including protection and quality.
- Manage compliance with Firmwide policies and standards related to data integrity and protection.
- Build strong relationships with data delivery partners and consumers across various functions.
- Manage execution of milestones, mitigating risks and inefficiencies in the product development lifecycle.
- Track and manage workstreams and KPIs to ensure successful deliveries.
- Minimum 6 years of industry experience in a data-related field.
- Experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines.
- Technical knowledge of data management, engineering, pipelines, modeling, architecture, and governance.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google, or Azure, and/or experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Alteryx, Snowflake.
- Ability to manage delivery timelines and ensure organizational goals are met.
- Proven ability to execute via internal partnerships.
- Structured thinker with good business acumen and effective communication skills.
- Understanding of Agile technological development methodology.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Subject matter expertise in business or product data; Credit Card domain knowledge is a plus.
- Master's degree preferred.
