Role And Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager at PUNO, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all operations within the organization. Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting morning property checks to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Monitoring staff attendance and coordinating with the front office team for pre-opening preparations.
- Providing daily briefings to staff, addressing any issues or improvement suggestions.
- Collaborating with the Assistant Manager of Operations to plan and allocate staff effectively.
- Creating daily rosters and staff allocation sheets.
- Performing regular rounds throughout the day to assess property cleanliness.
- Overseeing park operations, including front office, court monitors, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Coordinating with the maintenance team to address any pending work or maintenance requirements.
- Ensuring that housekeeping and cleaning standards are maintained according to company guidelines.
- Liaising with the sales and finance teams for any queries or assistance.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster positive business relationships.
- Experience managing teams of 25 or more employees.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff and management.
- Team Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve operational excellence.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- SOP Implementation: Experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures.
- Interpersonal Communication: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and customers.
