Role And Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager at PUNO, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all operations within the organization. Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting morning property checks to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
  • Monitoring staff attendance and coordinating with the front office team for pre-opening preparations.
  • Providing daily briefings to staff, addressing any issues or improvement suggestions.
  • Collaborating with the Assistant Manager of Operations to plan and allocate staff effectively.
  • Creating daily rosters and staff allocation sheets.
  • Performing regular rounds throughout the day to assess property cleanliness.
  • Overseeing park operations, including front office, court monitors, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Coordinating with the maintenance team to address any pending work or maintenance requirements.
  • Ensuring that housekeeping and cleaning standards are maintained according to company guidelines.
  • Liaising with the sales and finance teams for any queries or assistance.

Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster positive business relationships.
  • Experience managing teams of 25 or more employees.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff and management.
  • Team Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • SOP Implementation: Experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Interpersonal Communication: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and customers.
