We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The Sales Trainer will help develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. As a Sales Trainer, you will use your expertise in sales methodologies, communication techniques, and product knowledge to empower our sales professionals to achieve their goals and increase business growth.
- You will be responsible for Core Product Training: Design, and deliver a comprehensive first-month training program for new hires in lead generation and selling roles, ensuring they have a understanding of tax compliance, core product knowledge, tools and their role basics.
- You will be responsible for New Employee Orientation: Welcome and onboard new employees, providing them with an overview of our culture and mission.
- You will be responsible for Documentation: Create training materials, user guides, FAQs, and other resources to assist employees in learning their roles
- Onboarding Metrics: Report on key onboarding metrics, such as ramp time to productivity, to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding process.
- Reporting to Senior Manager
- Background in sales with a proven track record of success in various sales roles with 5 plus years of experience.
- Experience developing and delivering sales training programs tailored to different audiences and learning styles.
- Ability to deliver engaging and dynamic presentations that capture the attention of participants and facilitate learning.
- Proficiency in providing constructive feedback and mentoring to help sales professionals improve their performance.
- Familiarity with the industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide up-to-date training content. Comfortable using different technologies to deliver training, such as video conferencing software, learning management systems, and presentation software.
- Flexibility to adapt training content and methodologies based on the needs and preferences of different audiences.
