Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the office
  • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors and furniture
  • Clean and disinfect washrooms; refill supplies
  • Maintain a clean pantry
  • Prepare and serve tea/coffee to staff and guests
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and other office tasks
  • Report maintenance needs
  • Manage office supplies inventory
  • Set up meeting rooms for events
  • Run errands for office staff


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Physical stamina
