We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert with specialization in B2B Lead Generation using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role is pivotal in driving our outreach and business development initiatives by generating high-quality leads from LinkedIn and other digital channels.

- B2B Lead Generation: Strategically use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with potential clients across industries like healthcare, manufacturing, retail, oil & gas, and smart cities.
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn campaigns to generate qualified leads aligned with Swaran Soft's service offerings.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including personalized messages, posts, and follow-ups, to attract decision-makers and influencers.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience behaviors to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Data Management: Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up for sales conversions.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance metrics, prepare insightful reports, and suggest actionable improvements to meet lead generation targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-4 years in digital marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation.
- Expertise in Tools: Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator is mandatory; familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Odoo is a plus.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling outreach campaigns.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, analyze campaign results, and suggest data-driven strategies.
