Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience as an Odoo consultant or in a similar role.
Technical Skills
- Odoo Implementation & Customization:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure Odoo modules based on client needs and best practices.
- Develop new Odoo modules or features using Python and XML.
- Technical Support & Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for the Odoo ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo functionalities, performance, and integrations.
- Ensure system upgrades and patches are applied effectively.
- Functional Analysis & Consultation:
- Conduct business process analysis to identify areas where Odoo can be leveraged for efficiency and productivity.
- Configure Odoo applications to align with business requirements, including modules like Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and provide user support.
- Integration & Data Management:
- Implement and manage integrations between Odoo and third-party systems (e.g., eCommerce platforms, payment gateways).
- Handle data migration, cleansing, and integration tasks to ensure accurate and consistent data within Odoo.
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo developments, trends, and best practices.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Odoo development (Python, XML, JavaScript).
- Strong knowledge of Odoo framework and its modules.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
- Deep understanding of business processes in areas such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, and CRM.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
