Key Responsibilities:

Screening: Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Database Management: Maintain and update records of candidates and recruitment activities in the database.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

Market Research: Stay informed about hiring trends and talent availability in non-IT sectors.

Candidate Engagement: Build rapport with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge of non-IT domains.

Qualifications:
