Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Non-IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our dynamic recruitment team. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers eager to gain experience in recruitment, focusing on non-technical roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Use job portals, social media, and internal databases to source candidates for non-IT roles.
• Resume Screening: Analyze and shortlist resumes based on job descriptions and role requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Job Postings: Draft and post job advertisements to attract talent for non-technical roles.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status.
• Database Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Offer Management: Assist in preparing and issuing offer letters to selected candidates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and department heads to fulfill hiring needs for non-IT positions.
• Compliance: Ensure that the recruitment process complies with company standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
