Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Non IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in recruitment, specifically in non-IT sectors, who are passionate about connecting talent with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source candidates for various non-IT roles through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that meet the specific job requirements.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, evaluating candidates' skills and cultural fit within the organization.

Candidate Engagement: Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies for non-IT roles.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide insights on the talent market.

Job Posting: Create and manage job advertisements across various recruitment platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Data Analysis: Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improve the candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on non-IT roles.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
