Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop data pipelines and Lakehouse architectures following Bronze / Silver / Gold standards in Microsoft Fabric.
  • Build and maintain semantic data models to support analytics and reporting.
  • Create data ingestion and transformation workflows using Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, SQL, and PySpark.
  • Integrate Fabric with Power BI to deliver high-performance dashboards and insights.
  • Ensure data governance, data quality, and access control across data environments.
  • Implement DevOps / CI-CD practices using Git for version control and deployment automation.
  • Stay updated with new capabilities across the Microsoft Fabric platform (e.g., Cortex AI, Copilot, Real-Time Intelligence).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, Power BI, and Lakehouse architecture.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PySpark for data transformation and optimization.
  • Experience with data modeling, semantic layer development, and performance tuning.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
