Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Business Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the technology sector, with a focus on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to expand our client base.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Business Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the technology sector, with a focus on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to expand our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and Target New Business Opportunities:Conduct market research to identify potential clients in need of our services.Develop and implement strategies to approach and secure new business
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships:Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.Understand client needs and tailor our service offerings to meet their requirements
- Drive Revenue Growth:Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with Internal Teams:Work closely with our technical and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of services.Provide feedback to the development team to refine our service offerings
- Monitor Market Trends:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.Use insights to identify new business opportunities and improve our services
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in business development within the tech industry
- Proven track record of successfully generating new business and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of technology services, including Website Design & Development, Ecommerce Development, Mobile App Development, Marketplace Development, and IoT
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
