Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and promote a positive image of the bank in the community
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new products and services
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, as well as regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a profitable branch
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
