We're looking for a Motion Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual narratives- someone who can storyboard, animate, and elevate every frame with intention, clarity, and craft. No fluff. No shortcuts. Just sharp, standout storytelling.

The Job

• Design and animate motion graphics for films, explainers, ads, and digital campaigns
• Create storyboards, develop concepts, and prototype effects
• Build seamless transitions, expressive type treatments, and smooth animation flows
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and brand teams to bring concepts to life
• Keep a pulse on the latest motion design trends, techniques, and tools
• Think in ideas, not just execution — your voice matters from pitch to publish
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Has 5–6 years of experience in motion design (agency background is a must)
• Is highly skilled in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Is familiar with 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender
• Has a sharp eye for composition, typography, pacing, and design
• Can simplify abstract ideas into clean, compelling motion
• Is always experimenting with new techniques, especially AI tools
• Can take ownership from Storyboard to Final render,
• Actively learning or experimenting with new tools
