Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end ML pipelines from training to production.
- Automate model training, validation, and deployment using CI/CD.
- Ensure scalability and reliability of AI systems with Docker & Kubernetes.
- Optimize ML model performance for low latency and high availability.
- Design and maintain cloud-based/hybrid ML infrastructure.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for deployed models.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance in AI model deployments.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Define and enforce MLOps best practices (versioning, reproducibility, rollback).
- Maintain model registry and conduct periodic pipeline reviews.
- 5+ years in MLOps, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
- Strong experience in ML model deployment, automation, and monitoring.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Preferred: Cloud or MLOps certifications, real-time ML, ETL, and AI ethics knowledge.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker.
- MLOps & Model Management: MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX, SageMaker.
- CI/CD & Automation: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Airflow.
- Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Slack, Confluence, JIRA, Notion.
