Job Title: MIS Executive – Supply Chain Systems

Department: Green and Clean Energy Division

Reports To: MIS Lead – Supply Chain

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS Executive to support the development and maintenance of supply chain systems and reporting tools within our Green and Clean Energy Division. This role will assist in data management, reporting, and process documentation to improve visibility and efficiency across supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting:

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
• Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor supply chain KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems.
  
  

System Support

• Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP and other supply chain tools.
• Coordinate with IT and operations teams to resolve system-related issues.
• Document workflows and assist in process mapping.
  
  

Data Analysis

• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and variances.
• Support the team in preparing presentations and reports for management review.
  
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to gather data and insights.
• Assist in training end-users on new tools and processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or supply chain support roles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
