Job Description And Responsibilities

  • Roster Preparation on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis by coordinating with Ops.
  • Effectively coordinating with all stakeholders in order to plan & deliver effective schedules
  • Generating reports to analyze business performance across functions on a periodic basis with adherence to quality and accuracy.
  • Should have knowledge of Dashboards, automation process and Catering to reporting requirements from Operations and other teams
  • Documentation of the reporting process to ensure backup and consistency. Ensure periodic and accurate collection and updating of data.

Desired Skills

  • 2 years work experience in similar profile
  • Ability to research and analyze trends
  • Ability to scope ambiguous problems, structure them and see them through execution
  • Proficiency in using data query languages such as SQL , Python and MS Office tools
  • Strong business acumen and ability to intelligently articulate problems and solutions
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with competing priorities and communicating with multiple stakeholders including senior leaders
