Responsibilities and Duties



We are looking for a security manager for a Saleforce Service & Sales Cloud project who is experienced in security concepts and issue/ handling



Qualifications and Skills

• User and Permission Management:( managing user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies; Ability to set up and configure user roles, profiles, and groups, as well as manage field-level permis )
• Salesforce Shield: (Knowledge of Shield features, including Field Audit Trail, Event Monitoring, and Platform Encryption, to enhance data protection and monitor security events)
• Data Encryption and Protection: (Understanding of data encryption options, including the use of Salesforce Shield Encryption, and implementation of data protection policies)
• Regular Security Updates and Patches
• Data Management and Backup Strategies
• Third-Party Security Tools
