Light Engineering and Applied Photonics (LEAP) Lab, in collaboration with JIPMER Puducherry, is looking for a mechanical/design graduate working towards designing new optical surgical tools.

Recently the institute has been offering Ph.D. programs in biomedical engineering.

- Design, development, and testing of a nonlinear hyperelastic material for clinical assessment.
- Fabrication and prototyping experience using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, PT Creo, or other CAD tools will be preferred.
