We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will focus on email marketing strategies for employer acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential employer opportunities, designing email campaigns, and converting prospects into active users of the Talentmate platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and expertise in email marketing and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Email Campaign Development: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to reach potential employers, encouraging them to sign up and post jobs on Talentmate.mployer Acquisition: Research and assess target industries and employers in the UAE and GCC who can benefit from our platform. Identify key decision-makers to initiate contact. Lead Nurturing: Create personalized email content aimed at building relationships with prospective employers and guiding them through the acquisition funnel.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns. Optimize based on open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions. Provide detailed reports to the management team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM with relevant employer contacts and interaction history. Segment employer lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Work closely with the content team to create compelling email copy, subject lines, and call-to-actions (CTAs) that resonate with prospective employers.Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of new employers.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine outreach strategies and identify new employer acquisition opportunities.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing and employer acquisition or B2B lead generation.
  • Expertise in creating, segmenting, and managing email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or other CRM/automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills for crafting effective email content.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in the job portal or recruitment industry is a plus.
