Job Description:

We are looking for a Testing Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Testing Intern at CredoHire, you will gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and software testing while working closely with our product and development teams. You’ll help ensure our AI-driven recruitment platform is robust, reliable, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand feature requirements and specifications.

- Design, write, and execute test cases for various components of the platform.

- Perform manual and automated testing on different aspects of the software, including UI/UX, functionality, and performance.

- Identify, document, and report bugs and issues, working closely with the development team for quick resolutions.

- Assist in regression testing to ensure existing features remain intact with new updates.

- Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive reports to share with the team.

- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting optimizations in testing processes and workflows.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, techniques, and trends in the software industry.

Requirements:

- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of software development processes and testing methodologies.

- Familiarity with manual testing; knowledge of automated testing tools like Selenium or JUnit is a plus.

- Understanding of web applications, APIs, and databases.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and a knack for identifying inconsistencies.

- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
