About the Role:
LPU Online (Lovely Professional University Online) is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to spearhead BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities, lead generation, and partnerships with coaching centres, schools, and corporate organisations. The role is ideal for professionals who understand the education landscape and can build strong institutional relationships to drive growth. The role will involve managing Marketing & Outreach operations, lead generations and admission processing at our Vijayawada Office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute lead generation marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility for LPU Online.
· Identify, approach, and build partnerships with coaching centres, schools, and companies for student acquisition and institutional tie-ups.
· Drive lead generation initiatives and admissions through on-ground activities, events, local campaigns, and manage walk-in admissions.
· Develop and nurture strong relationships with institutional partners for sustainable business growth.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation/sales targets while expanding market reach.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to identify opportunities.
· Manage and guide field sales teams to ensure effective execution of outreach campaigns.
Requirements:
· Graduate with 2–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the education or edtech sector.
· Preference will be given to candidates with university-level experience in the online education sector.
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
· Proven ability to manage BTL activities and institutional sales.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
