Profile Overview

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B marketing operations or demand generation, with proven expertise in optimizing marketing processes, workflows, automation, and systems. Experience with platforms like Account Engagement and HubSpot is highly desirable.
  • In this role, you will take ownership of the lead management process within our marketing automation platform, ensuring leads are accurately scored and seamlessly transferred to HubSpot. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and CS/IT teams to ensure efficient operations and system functionality. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and collaborative spirit to ensure the smooth operation of our marketing systems.

Key Competencies For The Role

  • Oversee the lead management process in our marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring accurate scoring, processing, and delivery to HubSpot.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance campaign performance, including audience segmentation and streamlined campaign setups.
  • Coordinate and manage integrations with third-party apps, tools, and plugins.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support daily troubleshooting, error resolution, and end-user support for marketing systems.
  • Administer systems by managing user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
  • Document processes, policies, and system configurations, creating resources for team support.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather and implement CRM-related business requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing or sales operations or a similar field.
  • Advanced expertise in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot; experience with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to present data insights effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Familiarity with sales automation processes; experience in marketing or demand generation is advantageous.
  • A results-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
