Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Operation Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Surat. As a key player in our engineering projects, you will contribute to optimizing project outcomes. • Perform regular maintenance and operations checks to ensure component functionality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to align maintenance processes with project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures and operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities and project performance for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all operational activities.
• Participate in training and development sessions to keep skills and knowledge up to date with industry standards.
• Contribute to the development of strategic planning and resource allocation for current and future projects.
