Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll shape and execute our brands marketing strategy, ensuring cohesive messaging across all online and offline platforms. You will collaborate closely with the founder and the concerned teams to craft communication strategies, compelling content, lead campaigns, and engage with our target audience. You will work closely with the founder, sales and social media team to craft compelling content, manage brand communications, and ensure consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with design, content, and other teams to produce high-quality visuals, copy, and campaigns.
• Manage and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, events, and brand activations.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Plan and track paid social campaigns, driving traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Analyze and report key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and innovations.
• Ensure cohesive messaging across all channels by integrating online and offline marketing efforts.
  
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and management tools.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Experience with social media campaigns, budget management, and performance tracking.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
