Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions via phone
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality and productivity targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

• Graduate candidate only
• Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
  
  

Working Details

• Shift Window: 24/7
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Week Offs: Any two days (rotational)
  
  

Rounds of interview: HR, operations and chat versant.

Documents: All documents are mandatory, including an offer letter, pay slips and experience letter.
