Are you passionate about building brands from the ground up and driving their success on the world's largest e-commerce platform? Join Amazon as a Private Brand Marketing Manager to shape the future of our owned brands. You'll be responsible for launching new products, driving customer acquisition, and optimizing marketing performance across our private label portfolio.

This position is based at the Amazon Office in Bangalore.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies for private brand selection along with developing and increasing traffic through new controllable channels
  • Improve onsite traffic metrics and build new traffic channels
  • Optimizing data-driven marketing AMS campaigns to drive traffic and increase brand awareness
  • Optimizing Amazon Advertising performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display campaigns
  • Analyzing customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Drive customer acquisition and lifecycle management
  • Managing marketing budget and ROI across multiple channels
  • Building compelling A+ content and Store pages to enhance brand storytelling

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketing and brand building
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads) and optimizing for performance
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • A track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience in e-commerce
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience building, executing and scaling ad campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • MBA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
