Job Description:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating and executing various recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Provide positive candidate experience throughout recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary information
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as Hiring Drives
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the recruitment process
  • Manage Leadership Hiring and Senior Level position coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting services or similar role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues and develop solutions
  • Knowledge of background check procedures and legal requirements
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work different shifts
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
