As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating and executing various recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Job Description:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating and executing various recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Provide positive candidate experience throughout recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary information
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as Hiring Drives
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the recruitment process
- Manage Leadership Hiring and Senior Level position coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting services or similar role
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues and develop solutions
- Knowledge of background check procedures and legal requirements
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work different shifts
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
