Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Manager – Luxury Brand

Department: Marketing & Brand Management

Reports To: Head of Marketing / Business Unit Head

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and elevating the brand presence of our luxury township / Products portfolio. The role will focus on brand management, communication, and market positioning while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision of delivering excellence in the luxury segment. The candidate should have strong exposure to luxury brands and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour in the premium and aspirational category.



Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Management & Strategy
  • Develop, implement, and monitor brand strategies to strengthen positioning in the luxury segment.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Communication
  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, influencer collaborations).
  • Manage creative agencies, PR firms, and media partners to deliver premium-quality campaigns.
  • Oversee production of brand collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Customer Engagement & Experience
  • Create and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  • Plan exclusive events, product launches, and collaborations to reinforce the luxury positioning.
  • Engage with HNI, UHNIs, and key client networks to strengthen brand affinity.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Manage brand presence across digital platforms, ensuring luxury-focused storytelling and visual identity.
  • Drive influencer and celebrity partnerships in alignment with the brand ethos.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance, ensuring high ROI.
  • Sales & Business Alignment

Job Expectations

  • Work closely with sales and retail teams to align brand objectives with business growth.
  • Support new product development launches with strong go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor ROI on marketing spends and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Team & Vendor Management
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and collaborators to deliver premium outputs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PG in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in marketing/brand management, with at least 3+ years in luxury brands (hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, interiors, automotive, etc.).
  • Proven track record of conceptualizing and executing premium brand campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
