We are looking for a seasoned B2B digital marketer to lead demand generation and content strategy for our digital marketing services. In this role, you will drive qualified leads, build impactful campaigns, and create high-converting content tailored to a global B2B audience. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of hands-on execution and strategic planning, with deep knowledge of SEO, paid media, and analytics. Key Skills

  • Proven experience in creating and executing lead and demand generation campaigns for B2B digital marketing services.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media, and analytics.
  • Excellent content execution skills—blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and newsletters.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
  • Proficient in analyzing campaign performance, optimizing for ROI, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong project management and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working closely with sales, product, and service delivery teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Leadership qualities to mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of full-funnel digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Own content strategy across key stages of the buyer journey, awareness, consideration, and decision.
  • Manage paid campaigns across search, social, and other digital channels, with a focus on performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, campaign objectives, and market positioning.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, and continuously optimize for better outcomes.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy and content planning.
  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution across all marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing within the marketing team.
