The Opportunity

A strong understanding of design principles is essential also known as idea generation, ideation is the creative process of generating, developing, and communicating new ideas, and Awareness of the latest trends. Develop concepts, layouts, Branding, Typography, Infographics, Video Editing, and social media Graphic posts for digital assets and Print media inline with clear branding guidelines of Hitachi Energy.

How You'll Make An Impact

• You will be preparing product catalogs and marketing collaterals to promote our products and services during events, design of promotional material and deploy in online and offline channels.
• You will advertise our company and products/services on digital assets and print media.
• You will prepare content for product marketing, method statements, etc.
• You will prepare and send regular newsletters with company updates by coordinating with multiple stakeholders / business leaders.
• You will join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics.
• You will monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries.
• You will network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.
• You will gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• BE / BSc / any degree with 3 to 7 years of professional graphic designer experience.
• Tools Knowledge (Adobe Creative Cloud): Adobe Photoshop - Image editing, Image manipulation, Website layout, Artwork creation; Adobe Illustrator - Icon, Infographic, Logo, 2D Illustration, Chart, Diagrams; Adobe InDesign – Layout and Page creation, Brochure, Leaflet, Typography; Adobe After Effects - Video editing, Motion graphics; Adobe Premiere Pro - Video editing; Adobe Audition - Audio editing, Sound mixing; Microsoft PowerPoint - Static Presentation, Interactive Presentation; Awareness / update on the latest design trends (up to date).
• Any product marketing with branding will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of power systems will be added advantage.
• Multi culture experience is a benefit.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German or French or Spanish language skills are added advantage).
