How You'll Make An Impact

• You will define documentation management guidelines, instructions and templates for each product group based on current best practices and customer requirements
• Set up governance process and KPIs for document control, driving harmonization globally.
• Establish process flow, standards and instructions of In-Eight document control tool for HV business
• Responsible for the roll-out of Global Document Control process within HV
• Drive the adoption of In-Eight tool according to the established process
• Define and monitor Document control training, competence development and Certifications across HV business
• Monitor adherence to global standards and drive continuous improvement as business process owner.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• You hold a bachelor's degree, preferably a technical degree.
• Strong background in development of document control guidelines and process standard ization .
• Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders to drive and implement new process.
• Hands-on experience with In-Eight or equivalent Document control tool.
