We are looking for a recent graduate or a fresher with prior internship experience in marketing who is eager to dive into the world of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and lead generation. About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on key accounts and gather insights to inform targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Assist in executing and managing personalized marketing campaigns (e.g., emails, ads, webinars) to engage high-value prospects.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align messaging, timing, and objectives for maximum impact on target accounts.
- Track and report on ABM campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Support lead generation strategies, including inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
- Create compelling content (blog posts, social media posts, email copy) to attract, engage, and convert potential leads.
- Use marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation campaign KPIs, and contribute creative ideas to drive new lead-generation initiatives.
- Looking for fresher with prior internship exposure in marketing
- Seeking candidates comfortable with working the 3 PM to 12 AM IST shift.
- Basic understanding of ABM principles, lead generation, and digital marketing channels (email, social media, etc.).
- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
- Prepare detailed promotional presentations
- Design and present new social media campaign ideas
- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
- Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
