Your role

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business planning.
• Develop and execute an annual marketing plan tailored to ERD India GEC and AIE centers.
• Create engaging and interactive content to position Capgemini as a leader in Engineering and Innovation.
• Plan and execute Tier 1 industry events, client innovation days, and technology showcases.
• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Drive internal amplification through quarterly newsletters, win communications, and Daily Hub stories.
• Curate and publish value-driven client stories to enhance internal engagement.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.
  
  

Your profile

• 14-16 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a technology or innovation-driven environment.
• Team building and team management experience.
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
• Experience in event planning and digital campaign management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
