The Marketing Data Analyst plays a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across our marketing efforts. Embedded within the Marketing Analytics & Reporting team, you will be responsible for delivering clear visibility into performance metrics through the development of scalable processes, systems, and dashboards.

The Marketing Data Analyst plays a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across our marketing efforts. Embedded within the Marketing Analytics & Reporting team, you will be responsible for delivering clear visibility into performance metrics through the development of scalable processes, systems, and dashboards.
Required Capabilities/Competencies
- Analyze complex and large-scale data sets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and performance metrics tailored to the evolving needs of internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with analytics stakeholders to interpret requirements and build effective processes that meet business objectives.
- Proactively identify and articulate opportunities to improve data workflows and processes, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a clear understanding of tasks and delivering precise, timely outcomes.
- Possess a foundational understanding of marketing principles to contextualize data within broader campaign and business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics (preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience using Power BI to create business-ready reports and dashboards
- Advanced proficiency in GA4 explorations and Looker Studio dashboard development
- Familiarity with SQL and Snowflake (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and techniques, including Web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Experience working with remote and globally distributed colleagues
- Demonstrated critical thinking and a data-driven mindset
- Strong desire for continuous learning and professional development
- Basic understanding of marketing principles to contextualize data insights
