Key Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the target regions.
- Analyse industry developments, customer behaviours, and economic indicators relevant to our business.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings and insights.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities, strategies, and offerings.
- Evaluate competitors' strengths, weaknesses, market positions, and performance.
- Provide actionable insights to inform strategic planning and competitive positioning.
- Customer and Product Analysis:
- Gather and analyse data on customer needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
- Assess the performance and market reception of current products and services.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Data Collection and Management:
- Utilize various data sources and tools to collect accurate and relevant information.
- Maintain and update databases of market and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Participate in strategy development meetings, offering insights and supporting evidence.
- Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholders.
- Forecasting and Modelling:
- Develop market forecasts and predictive models to support business planning.
- Analyse the potential impact of market changes on business performance.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a related field.
- Experience conducting analysis for international markets, especially in Europe, UK, USA, and/or Gulf regions.
- Experience working with data related to enterprise clients and technology products.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SPSS).
- Excellent research and information-gathering abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Understanding of European markets is advantageous.
- Experience with CRM and market intelligence platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial.
