Core Purpose Of The Role

Responsible for Quality Systems of Injectable formulation Production activities.

Role Accountabilities

• The candidate should have minimum 05 to 08 years of experience in any sterile Injectable pharmaceutical organization.
• The candidate should have hands on experience to operate vial filling machine, vial sealing machine and operation of filling isolator with VPHP generator.
• He should expertise in aseptic filling and sealing operation.
• He should be handle machine setup, operation, dismantling and cleaning of manufacturing equipment's like vial/PFS filling machine, Terminal sterilizer, manufacturing vessel and filtration vessel, isolator with VPHP generator, Steam sterilizer, responsible to perform COP, PHT, SOP of manufacturing and filtration vessel.
• Operation of lyophilize like CIP, SIP and VLT will be the added advantage. Should be responsible for operation of instruments like leak testing machine, filter integrity tester.
• Should be responsible to perform routine qualification of equipment's like vial/PFS filling machine, steam sterilizer, terminal sterilizer, and lyophilizer. Should be responsible for visual inspection and labelling machine.
