Position description

We are looking for Quality Manager to join our “Quality” team specialized in manufacturing and service industry. In this role you will be responsible for Quality Management at Distribution Centre : Inbound & Supplier quality, NC management, HSEQ Documentation & Audits .

Your Key Responsibilities

• Incoming and supplier end inspections, Witnessing NDT tests.
• Verification of supplier documents / certificates as per drawing,QAP,ITP requirements.
• Preparation of QAP/ITP.
• Ensures, in accordance with ISO standards and corporate guidelines: Implementation, updating, review and auditing of the HSEQ Systems.
• Monitoring of internal HSEQ KPIs, Procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
• Rejection analysis, supplier rating, Internal/External communications, Monitor and support to improve supplier quality performance.
• Quality MIS,
• Material inward and transfer in SAP along with goods receipt.
• NC Handling.
  
  

Qualifications

What should you bring?

We expect the candidate to have a Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent. It is also expected to have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC/SQA.

Following Skills/competencies Are Required In The Position-

• Knowledge of casting, forging, fabrication & machined components, assemblies along with inspection methodologies.
• Knowledge of HT, surface treatment , materials, Understanding of manufacturing processes and standards IS,DIN,EN BIS etc.
• Ability to read and interpret Mechanical drawings and electrical drawings;
• Hands on experience in preparation of QAP, RCA and 8D.
• Ability to monitor NDT techniques like UT, LPT, RT interpretation and to verify Test certificates. ASNT Level II will be added advantage.
• Hands on experience/knowledge of Systems (SAP/Sible)
• Ability to handle team.
• Experience in crane industry/ material handling systems/ Machine manufacturing would be preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
