Block Sales Officer (BSO) / Field Assistant (FA)
ABOUT - As a BSO/FA, you will be the key representative of Gramik’s initiatives in your assigned block. You will lead farmer engagement, drive app installations, onboard stakeholders, promote sales, and manage end-to-end field activities. This role demands high energy, proactive communication, and hands-on involvement in agricultural outreach and sales promotion.

You will lead farmer engagement, drive app installations, onboard stakeholders, promote sales, and manage end-to-end field activities. This role demands high energy, proactive communication, and hands-on involvement in agricultural outreach and sales promotion.
Key Responsibilities –
- Promote Gramik’s initiatives in your block through on-ground activities.
- Conduct farmer meetings per week.
- Provide crop advisory services throughout the crop cycle.
- Onboard farmers to the Farm Guide App on a monthly basis.
- Drive the installation of the Gramik’s User App among farmers.
- Onboard new Peer Partners (PP) in each block at the gram panchayat level.
- Onboard retailers in each block.
- Add new gram panchayats and act as Profit & Loss head for your block.
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain for order processing.
- Add and manage partners in your assigned area.
- Drive sales via Peer Partners and retailers.
- Guide PP teams and monitor total order volume, sales value, and profit margins.
- Build partnerships to support local integrations and promotional activities.
- Education: Graduate in Agriculture (Must)
- Strong field presence & proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and public speaking
- Team handling and leadership
- Sales & supply chain knowledge
- Comfortable with mobile applications and agri-tech tools
