- Responsible for leading product sales, aftermarket revenue for tunneling business and driving profitable growth.
- Expertise in forecasting, budgeting and reporting in optimizing the product sales processes along with aftermarket requirement.
- Business Growth mindset.
- Developing and Implementing aftermarket, product sales strategies, setting sales targets for the dealers and driving the dealers to achieve revenue and profit goals.
- Responsible for analysing market trends, identify new business opportunities and developing ecosystem to drive mentioned product business growth.
- Training and Mentoring of dealer sales team, providing ongoing support to improve their sales skills.
- Responsible for analyzing market trends, identify new business opportunities and developing ecosystem to drive mentioned product business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product sales teams to develop effective sales campaigns and ensure product offerings meet customer needs
- New product/ model launch strategies and implementation capabilities.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including Major Accounts.
