Objective
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join as Founder's Office Associate. This role is perfect for a young professional or fresher eager to learn about business operations, client management, and internal coordination. The selected candidate will work closely with the founders, clients, and internal teams to streamline daily operations, strategic projects, market research, conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings and events.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Collaborate with founders to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company’s vision and goals.
· Assist the founders in daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and executing key tasks.
· Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
· Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and suggest innovative solutions.
· Identify and search tender opportunities relevant to the company. Assist the team in tendering and preparation of bid documents.
· Track and manage tender timelines, ensuring timely submissions and maintain records of all tender activities, requirements and communications.
· Manage LinkedIn and social media content by creating engaging posts, videos, memes, and infographics to enhance brand presence.
· Execute Gmass email marketing campaigns, ensuring structured outreach to stakeholders and potential clients.
· Research on AI grants, awards, and funding opportunities for potential business expansion.
· Any other miscellaneous tasks as deemed fit by the management.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Architecture or a related field.
· 0-1 years of experience in operations, administration, marketing, or business coordination.
· Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
