Manager - City Operations HRBP

Experience: 3 - 8 years of experience in Human Resources preferably from warehouse and supply chain background. Experience in blue collar workforce management is preferred.

Qualification: MBA-HR or any HR-related specialization

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with city business team to understand employee needs and provide, implement HR solutions
• Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations/ conflict resolution issues, fairly representing all interests
• Act as a trusted advisor to eCommerce leaders, providing guidance on various HR matters including talent management, organizational design, performance management, and
• employee relations
• Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
• Ensure the onboarding process meets the needs of the function
• Implement performance management processes and provide coaching to support career development
• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant development programs
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the teams
• Implement and execute HR programs and initiatives within the eCommerce function, ensuring alignment with company-wide HR policies and practices
• Track HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs (such as Retention, succession planning, Attrition, Diversity, mapping of critical role & critical talent)
• Provide regular reports to leadership on HR-related KPIs
• Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience to recommend systemic improvements
• Provide guidance and support to eCommerce managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
