Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to build brand equity and support business objectives.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media, to promote the brand and its products.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product launches and sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Create and manage content for various platforms, including website, social media, video, and podcasts.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and business intelligence reports.
  • Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the technology, automotive, or electric vehicle industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with market research, product and pricing strategies, and advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
  • Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
  • Understanding of content marketing strategies and techniques.
