Your role

We are seeking seasoned Microsoft Entra ID Specialists for PAN India location to lead and manage enterprise-level identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). The ideal candidate will have 9 to 16 years of experience with expertise in IAM architecture, governance, and operations, and will play a key role in securing digital identities across hybrid environments.

• Architect and implement IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, integrating with on-prem AD and cloud services.
• Configure and manage Conditional Access Policies (CAP), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Single-Sign On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Lead integration of Entra ID with HRIS, SaaS platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Handle service tickets and incidents related to identity and access.
• Responsible for designing and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the design, implementation, operation, and administration of the organization's identity and access management program, including federation, access management, authentication, access control, and service provisioning.
• Work in collaboration with Security team to implement and manage security measures to protect that our systems and data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) related issues and incidents
• Understanding of system dependencies and interrelation to the business.
• Ability to perform capacity planning and analysis of infrastructure systems.
• Analyze complex cross-functional and cross-platform issues
  
  

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Azure AD Connect and Intune
• Extensive experience designing, developing, and testing complex infrastructure solutions to support distributed scalable and highly available applications.
• Must have hands-on experience delivering Azure Single Sign-On integrations.
• Must have real-world experience helping to manage and maintain AD, GPO, ADSS, ADCS, DNS, DHCP,EntraID, AAD Connect, RBAC, Intune, Azure App Proxy, Conditional Access and Microsoft Security Stack.
• Experience with automating various Entra ID(Azure Active Directory) tasks and configurations plus generating custom reports via PowerShell / Azure CLI
• M365 and Cloud technologies.
• Infrastructure Automation via Scripting or automation Toolset.
• Multi-Factor Authentication utilizing Entra MFA.
