Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to support hiring needs exclusively for the Japan market across industries including Non-IT, IT, Pharma, and Healthcare. The ideal candidate should possess strong Japanese language skills, certified with JLPT/NAT.

Department: Japan Staffing (Non-IT/ Pharma/ IT/ Healthcare Recruitment)

Work Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Salary range: Open to discuss + Performance Incentives (Uncapped)

Work timings: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM IST (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Week offs)

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors or Masters (any discipline)
• Fresher's are eligible to apply
• Certified in JLPT N3 Level (atleast / any equivalent certification)
• Good fluency in Japanese language
• Prior experience in International Voice Process for the Japan market are highly desirable.
  
  

Role And Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for Engineering, Banking, Finance, Automotive, Aerospace, Construction, Pharma, Healthcare and IT based industries for the Japan region
• Conduct in-depth screening and probe the right questions to understand the candidate's profile and assess them by probing to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each role.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
