Manager logistics is responsible for On time arrival and safety of employees. He is responsible for smooth operation, efficient and trouble free experience for the transport users. Meeting people for their feedback. Exploring various ways to further improve the facility and increase the E-Sat. Also responsible for vendor management. Keep on exploring alternate mode of transport for better efficiency.

Meeting “On time arrivals” as per the target.

Responsible for timely update of all reports through AM.

Monitoring and keeping an eye on market trend.

Buffer arrangement of vendor at the time of crises.

Timely meetings with the Assistant managers and their appraisals.

Equal distribution of work among vendors.

Track of vendor performance and update them with their respective feedbacks.

Briefing of driver and supervisors to inculcate the values and discipline.

Vendor management.

Proactive thinking and continuous efforts towards the improvement.

Appraisals of the AMs.

Consistently meeting the “On time arrival” target.

Strategic thinking for continuous improvement.

Setting up the policy and procedure.

Groups focus meeting to resolve the on-going issues.
