Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, and more. 1. Social Media Strategy and Planning
- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to ConsultAdd’s target audience, industry trends, and brand voice.
- Identify the unique role of each platform (e.g., LinkedIn for professional networking, Instagram for brand storytelling) and create specific strategies accordingly.
- Align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and company goals to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to showcase company culture, achievements, case studies, and success stories on social platforms.
- Manage a consistent posting schedule to ensure timely and relevant communication.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social channels, reflecting ConsultAdd’s professionalism and core values.
- Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, answering queries, and fostering discussions.
- Build and nurture online communities, turning followers into brand advocates.
- Monitor conversations about the brand, industry, or competitors and proactively participate when needed.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize strategies for better performance.
- Experiment with innovative content formats, posting times, and platform-specific features to enhance reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep ConsultAdd’s social media presence relevant.
- Introduce creative campaigns, hashtags, and challenges to boost audience interaction.
- Benchmark against competitors and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Prior experience with social media (internship, freelance, or personal projects) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Canva.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or LinkedIn Analytics.
