Role: Management Trainee - Growth

We are hiring for a Management Trainee - Growth role to work with myNachiketa team.

We are looking for a reliable & organized candidate to join our organization. As a Management Trainee - Growth, you will play a vital role in executing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, increase conversion rates and ensure smooth fulfilment. Activities will encompass content marketing, performance marketing, running lead nurturing campaigns and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for digital marketing, & operations and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a trainee, you will get an opportunity to learn and contribute in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Also, you get complete freedom to do things to meet the objectives.

Responsibilities

• Person will contribute to the growth of business to drive higher revenue and control customer acquisition cost.
• Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve website visibility and organic traffic on Website, Youtube, Meta, SEO, etc.
• Analyze website traffic and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Run performance marketing, analyze data and fine tune campaigns.
• Assist in email marketing campaigns, including creating leads emails and managing customers lists.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for digital marketing initiatives.
• Working with cross-functional teams like program management, product management, software development and operations team to achieve organizational goals
• Create synergy, possess assertiveness, and achieve team cohesion, while integrating and aligning business initiatives
• Maintain regular communication with team and stakeholders, ensuring all parties have accurate and current information
• Contribute your ideas and best practices to be leveraged by your peers in the different team
• Work closely with senior management to understand business requirements

What are we looking for

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree (preferred tech degree)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer focus, sense of urgency, and confidentiality
• A strong interest in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing, content creation, and website management, is a plus.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Cross-functional team player with the ability to work independently
• Organized and efficient with time management and project management
• Deep interest in software work, startups, and fast-paced environment
